Chef Hilda has designed a new menu underscoring her commitment to engage with flavors from around the world. As always, she takes a contemporary approach to traditional recipes, bringing unique and unexpected flavor and texture combinations to appetizers, salads and entrees.
“Back in 2017, I opened Broken Barrel knowing that my menu had to be designed in a way that covers the full spectrum, from full meals to smaller portions”
said Chef Ysusi. “With the new additions, I’m proud to say we’re doubling down on that commitment,”
said Chef Ysusi. Chef Ysusi showcases her dedication to and talent for classic technique with the expanded “Land,” “Sea,” and “Air” entrees that each embrace traditional dishes while reinterpreting them with unexpected flavor combinations.
Designed to suit guests’ appetites and curiosity, the menu’s entrees work equally well as main courses as they do as shareable plates. The restaurant’s expanded cocktail menu brings exciting new options for gin-lovers, mezcal connoisseurs and cocktail aficionados.
